Our rv did not meet expectations. I rented two trailers. Neither were clean as I would have expected. Floors were not clean. Sand on the night stand in bedroom, showers visibly not clean. The entry door to one was extremely difficult to close. The lock was broken on the door so we couldn’t even secure our things while away, not to mention we had to sleep with an unlocked door. Very disappointed

As already discussed with you, the deadbolt lock was broken the previous weekend by another renter and the part was ordered and set to be delivered at the end portion of your rental that weekend, but the handle was still able to be locked and secured. We were unfortunately at the mercy of the post office for the deadbolt.

Amie and Levi were great to work with. Levi delivered our trailer right on time and walked through everything with us before leaving. The trailer was very clean and ready for our use. The trailer has a great sized refrigerator which was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent from them again.

The RV was amazing, well kept and exactly what we needed. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Would definitely rent again if i had the opportunity.
