The trailer is great and clean. But we were very unhappy because the waste tank was not given the correct orientation (black Water). We emptied it, but when we delivered it, an inspection was made quite different from the one directed. When we went to rent, it is clear that there was a generator available, when we got there there was no generator. we had to rent one at the last minute, we didn't find it and we had to buy one. We were very dissatisfied with all this.

We had an amazing trip up to Lake Superior - Neys & Agawa Bay Parks. Such a long drive however, this trailer was awesome for the three of us!
Jason was very quick and detailed with all his responses to our questions leading up to the trip! The trailer was super clean when we picked it up and would recommend and would rent from Jason again. Thank you!!

What a great experience. First time using Outdoorsy and it won't be the last. The experience with the owners was phenomenal, very responsive communication, the trailer was in amazing condition when we picked it up and overall was an absolute pleasure with the whole experience.

Our first time renting a trailer and all went well. Having a new trailer from Totally Hitched and great service from Jason, made it a great outing. Looking to rent a trailer - this would be an excellent choice.

Jason and Mopeth were great - the trailer was immaculate and fully equipped. Everything worked perfectly - even during all kinds of weather and some challenging cold temperatures. Jason was always available to answer questions that we had from the road. The whole rental experience with them was seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a travel trailer similar to what they offer.

Last minute decision to rent the trailer from Jason and Mopeth and it was a great one! The website was easy to navigate and direct communication with both Outdoorsy and the owners was on point.
