I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Karen. From the very beginning, prior to booking, I asked many questions , and I always got a thorough immediate response.After booking Karen continued to take care of all my questions and concerns leading up to the trip. Even when I was having trouble with Outdoorsy’s customer service Karen was quick to help me solve the issues I was having.In the end Utah’s winter weather caused ME to cancel our trip. We all know that canceling a week-long trip on the day of departure is a stressful event. Karen did not add to the stress of the day in any way and stayed true to being completely accommodating. He made sure we were fully refunded without any hesitation.Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use their RV, but I have no doubt that the experience would have been perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Karen. I absolutely plan to use them for a rental in the future.
