This RV could be described as “Bring Your Own.” This isn’t too surprising after the owner said that she had not taken it out in over a year herself and couldn’t answer some basic questions. Here’s what you’ll need to bring and be prepared for:
1. Bring your own water. We had half a day out of our travels to flush the system 3 times in order to get potable water in the “freshwater” line. It was horrid. The owner had no idea what was going on and was unwilling to help us find a location to rectify the situation.
2. Bring your own RV manual. Download the manual because the owner won’t be able to answer your questions.
3. Bring your own duct tape. You’ll see that the ceiling vents have not been repaired. The holes have been duct-taped over.
4. Bring your own tools. There are screws coming up through the floor.
5. Bring your own screen for the door. We used a beach towel to keep the bugs out.
6. Bring your own generator. We did rent their large generator, but it takes two to get it off the rear cargo platform and level so that it will run....and it will wake the dead. Fortunately, we brought our own small, quieter Honda generator, and our friends are still talking to us.
7. Bring your own repair kit for the handle on the screen door.
8. Bring your own chairs. We told the owner that the 4 chairs that were provided were torn. She said, thanks for letting her know but the chairs aren’t part of the rental. Helpful as always.
9. If you are dry camping, this really isn't the RV for you. It only has one battery (original that came with the RV) and isn't holding a charge very well. Hence, we bought our own battery and only had to run our Honda gen a couple of hours each day to keep it fully charged so the systems (mainly lights and water pump) would work.

Made some great memories thanks to Tawnia and her fiancé. Our recent major snow storm hit the week before our reservation, but they dug out their rig and got it ready for us just in time. I think others might have chosen to cancel but they made the extra effort for us. Their RV served us well and we had no issues. The owners were easy to work with, very accommodating and they are nice people. We would rent from them again.

Nice trailer, we did delivery and pick up she was on time, set up quickly showed us how to use everything. Checked in on day of pick up to confirm pick up time
