We picked up the pop up camper Micah met with us explained how to set it up and helped get it attached to the car. It towed easily, set up easily and everything worked as it was supposed to. We stayed dry during a lightning storm and with the battery power were able to play cards under the in camper lighting. Our group of 5 had plenty of room, storage was more than expected and everyone wants to do it again. Thanks Micah

The camper and our dealings with Micah were great. There was a small issue with the way Outdoorsy did the listing. It required a 3 day rental, charged for a 3 day rental, but only gave us a two day rental! Thankfully Micah was able to get this cleared up for us in time. We did get an extra charge for an additional day of insurance though. I highly recommend this camper and Micah, just watch Outdoorsy listings for accuracy.

I'm really disappointed in this renter who charged me a $67 cleaning fee for dust and debris that came loose during the return tow. Seriously , you can't spend 30 seconds to vacuum dust????

The camper was returned to us in need of cleaning, so the cleaning fee was charged to the renter. They were given clear instruction and the tools necessary to meet the cleaning expectations we communicated to them, prior to their departure. We would never think of charging a guest inappropriately. If the Pop Up is returned clean, there will be no charge. We have no interest in keeping anyone's deposit or fees unless necessary. I hope you will give us another try next year and that we can all get passed this. Thank you.
