STAY AWAY!!! Owner will blame you for everything. He tried to charge me for a broken window screen that was already removed prior to our trip. Luckily I took a photo of it during my pre-trip inspection. Next we lost a hubcap during our travels, nothing I can do about that. It happens. Not a big deal. I had no issue paying for a replacement. Another issue was the dining table top laminate overlay was loose around the edges. So every time we sat at the table our legs would rub on the underside of the table and pull at the laminate and eventually it cracked at certain areas. I agreed to pay half to have it recovered, even though it was already a pre-existing condition that would only get worse. Last but not least the hot water heater didn't work for our entire trip. Had a mobile Service rep come to camp site and he said the water heater circuit board went bad. The owner agreed to pay for the service, which he should, and he seemed to be concerned and sympathetic at time, but at the conclusion of our trip he is trying to deduct it from my deposit. The owner stated the water heater didn’t work because I abused his RV. He gave me a one star and stated that I’m the worst rental experience he has ever had. Well the feeling is mutual. Hopefully the Outdoorsy Claims department can see thru this drama and make the amount owed by me fair and just and I can put this behind me. STAY AWAY!!

The owners were nice and very responsive. The RV was nice and comfortable. My family really enjoyed the RV trip. thank you.
