Jessica was very communicative! When she woke up day of us picking up camper, she noticed 2 tires were flat and she immediately got them both fixed! We were only delayed about 30 minutes! **which tires are sooo out of her control! But she did what any amazing host would do and quickly resolved the issue and let me know asap! I would 100% rent from her again! She was super helpful and friendly! Quick easy pick up and drop off!

We had a wonderful experience with our trip. Jessica was great and she did a really good job at explaining everything we had to to do to get the RV set up at our destination.
