It was very difficult to authorise driver through the pages. It took couple of hours and at the end we manged only one driver out of two. Car was as described, drove well. However it was not handed over clean - fridge had stains, dishes were still fett, floor could habe been properly cleaned. The owner was very kind and patient, showed us all and explained all. He also borrowed us a good car charger for phone that we forgot. So service very good but cleaniness is a point to improve.

This is my second time renting from Han, he’s a great host and super nice guy. RV is an older model but in good condition and got us where we needed to go safely! Would recommend

The RV was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no issues throughout our trip. Han was an outstanding host who took the time to thoroughly explain how everything in the RV worked, making sure we felt comfortable before we left. He even stayed with us after we returned the RV to ensure our ride arrived safely. His kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. We would definitely rent from Han again!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had forgotten about our linens and he had some brought over immediately. Quick and easy walk through. Provided safe and secure storage for our own vehicle while we were gone. Made that part of our trip the easiest and stress free. He will be our first call if we need to do this again. Thank you, Han!

We had a family of 6, and rented an RV for 5 nights. Our host, Han povided a plethora of information/videos for visiting Banff to Jasper, and how to operate his vehicle. Calling Outdoorsy for support was simple and the service was helpful. We had an excellent first time experience, ending our trip with wonderful memories and lots of beautiful pictures to share!

Han was very thorough in his handover of the vehicle and collected the vehicle from us at the International airport which was convenient. The van was very reliable and possibly just needs a few tidy up things done in certain areas.

Han training before at pick up was complete and we did not have any need to contact him even if it was the first time for us travelling with a RV.

The experience with this RV through the Canadian Rockies has been incredible! With the airport pick-up and drop-off option, Han was completely flexible, which made it perfect to adapt to our travel plans. The vehicle was just as expected — good, comfortable, and reliable. It was definitely worth it!
