As always we had a great experience with Kenneth! Super accommodating and we love his RV. We will definitely rent from him again!

Owner cancelled the rental 2 days before flying into meet my family to start our summer vacation with no notice. Ratings are based on the owner cancelling without any notice.

I’m sorry for having to cancel micahel. Like I explained to you it was in a accident so I couldn’t rent it. But I did reach out to other rentals to see if I could locate one for you.

We were told the vehicle would be delivered and it was not and should have received a credit for that and we did not. Picked up the RV and had a half tank not a full tank. We returned it with 3/4 tank. No credit for that either.
The air conditioning did not work on the RV. We drove back from Myrtle Beach and had to deal with 90 degree temperatures all the way home. Wipers on the RV were both torn so driving for 8 straight hours in rain was not enjoyable.
The RV was nice but the process and the issues with the mechanics of the vehicle were a mess.

Ken wss great to work with and his RV was clean and in great working order. I would definitely work/rent from Ken again.

took the RV to a class reunion bar b que. Ken was very easy to work with, very laid back guy. RV is in excellent shape, looks just like the pics and the price was very reasonable for the size of the RV. Thanks Ken!

Had a great trip and renting experience. Ken made it easy to pick up and explained how to operate everything. Had a question on the trip and he responded within 10 minutes. Loved the RV and will look forward to using this RV in the future.

It was wonderful working with Kenneth. This was my first RV rental. I had many questions. He was very quick to respond. He patiently answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He even made himself available days early to go over the RV with me. His Intent RV lived up to the advertising. The family enjoyed a beautiful excursion in the the great state of Michigan.
