Charles was actually on vacation when we arrived to pick up the RV, but he had one of his good friends pick us up at the airport and do the walk thru of the RV. We did have some issues and had to call him, and he worked to find a solution to our issues long distance.

Out trip was more relaxing in a rv. Everything was eazy and it worked out great.
