3 month trip, 3 breakdowns, 7 days of our trip wasted chasing repairs. What a nightmare experience this host was. Be prepared, this car is literally held together with tape and in far worse condition then pictured.Had to spend $1000 Aud out of pocket just to make the vehicle practical and functional. Simple things like the cooler not working our entire trip made it completely useless to be a practical camper and added additional expenses to our trip that we didn’t account for. Whilst it runs and got us where we needed it’s uncomfortable to sleep in and you spend everyday worrying if you’re going to make it to your next destination. The host is a nightmare and his cheap ways put us in danger and added more stress to our trip trying to get him to fix just basic safety features or routine repairs. You’ll be forced to pay out of pocket for all expenses and fight at the end our your trip to get it reimbursed. Whilst I’ve left heaps of items to make the next persons trip more comfortable I would suggest you spend the extra money on a safer vehicle and save yourself the hassle of dealing with a cheap host full of excuses and deception.

Fantastic van and amazing host! First time using Outdoorsy but Jeremy and his wife were super helpful in assisting me with any questions as well as providing additional supplies I needed. And with current gas prices, this van can go the distance and more. Would definitely rent from this host again. P.S- Wishing you the best with your run Amy!

The “Runaway” is a fairly beat-up Honda Odyssey that provides a cushioned sleeping area with plenty of storage below. Opening the rear hatch you will find a built-in ice cooler and a sink with an external hose connection. A Coleman stove is also provided with 2 fuel cans, and there is a small variety of odds-and-ends and cookware. An outdoor mat and 2 camp chairs were also provided. On the plus side, it drove well, good brakes and cold AC. It did it’s job getting us off the ground instead of sleeping in a tent. You will definitely be making a statement driving this into a campground! The host Jeremy was friendly and communicates well.

Very friendly and helpful host who genuinely cares about our experience, safety, and wellbeing. This easy driving and fuel efficient van is the Best bang for your buck! Thanks so much for hooking us up with the extra gear and friendly advice. This ride was our magic carpet to life long and adventure goals and some of the worlds most amazing natural wonders!!! Highly recommended for a solo or couples mission to anywhere and everywhere. Cheers!
