Renters are good people. Read insurance policies that Outdorsy sells very carefully and understand your risks. I would rent from this family again.

Nikole and Joe helped make our camping trip to Ocala a memorable one. The camper was very clean and quite comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teens. AC was cold which was a plus for a summer trip. Set up was easy, though Joe was very helpful and informative. Nikole was very pleasant to work with and timely when communicating. We would definitely rent again and would recommend them to our friends.

Nikole and Joe went over everything with us thoroughly and made us very comfortable and confident as first-time RVers. The Airstream is super comfortable to drive and the climate control is great. We camped on a couple of hot summer nights and were cool and comfortable. Super helpful in planning the rental with what to expect and bring, and in reach when we had a couple questions along the way. Very happy we tried out this RV and recommend it and Nikole & Joe highly.

Renting this vehicle was a great experience. Nikole was very good at communicating availability, agreeing on times for pickup and return, and getting rental and payment information to me quickly and efficiently. The vehicle was as advertised, it was clean and in great shape, and the entire experience was easy and simple. I would have no reservations whatsoever about renting this vehicle again in the future.

e rented the Van to take our family on a trip to the Florida Keys. It is a long drive in a car so we thought the Van would give our grandsons some space to move around and a bathroom to limit our stops along the way. I was very impressed with how easy it was to drive and with the fuel economy of the Van; it was better than what we get with our Escalade ESV. The owners were very nice and accommodating with some minor issues we had during our trip.

This Airstream was amazing. Well kept and well appointed with great sound system. Loved the lighting and built in coffee maker. Comfortable to drive and sleep in. Very maneuverable making lunch in historic Fernandina Beach downtown practical! We look forward to renting this B-van again!

Nikole was right on the whole time. She answered every question I had with promptness. She was helpful about vacationing in the area; directing me to multiple places to go. Both Nikole and her husband spent time going over the RV with us and how to use it. They were succinct in their descriptions of items that gave us exactly what we needed so we could get on the way to our adventure. We had a BLAST!! Top notch vehicle and top notch people!

Can't wait to go again. Nikole was great to do business with. She was quick to respond, informative, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The 2011 Airstream was everything we expected and more. It was very clean, easy to use and a comfortable ride. Again, we look forward to our next trip and we will definitely go to Nikole . It is also a bonus that she is located very close to where we live. Thanks for everything.
