The host was so flexible it was greatly appreciated. We have to have the unit delivered and the host was on time for pickup and dropoff. Very nice large unit. Everything worked plus host had lots of extras. The zero gravity chairs and their camping mats were a great touch since we didn't have those with us (long road trip). With three slides there was a lot of space. Linens were clean as well as the whole camper.
