We recently rented from 505 RV Rentals, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. After a hiccup with another platform, Ken recommended we book through Outdoorsy, and that process was smooth and easy. Ken personally handled our walkthrough and orientation and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The RV was spotless, and he even provided a weight distribution hitch that doubled as a sway bar, which made towing incredibly easy.We did run into a couple of minor issues: a small crack in one of the sink fittings that caused a slow leak, and the air conditioner froze up once in Page. Ken let us know that the sink part was a specialty piece, otherwise I would have replaced it myself, so we just caught the drips in a pot, and it was no big deal. After letting the AC thaw out, it worked perfectly the rest of the trip, especially in Sedona.In the end, these were just tiny bumps and didn’t take away from the fantastic overall experience. Ken was responsive, helpful, and made the whole journey enjoyable, and we left feeling like we’d absolutely rent from him again. If you’re heading to that part of the country, we can’t recommend 505 RV Rentals enough. If we’re ever in that part of the country again, we’d rent from him in a heartbeat.

This was my first time pulling a camper trailer and took a family trip to Fenton Lake. Ken was fantastic and gave a great/thorough explanation of how to work everything and hook everything up prior to leaving. Made himself available if we ran into any issues. No issues with the camper at all. Everything worked exactly as it should. Had some damage on the kitchen sink prior to us leaving, but it really was no big deal, and Ken made sure that that was documented prior to us leaving. Very good experience. Next time we rent a camper we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Ken.

Ken was great to deal with, very flexible schedule and even allowed us to pickup day prior for convenience, with no extra charge. The 30’ Forest River Wildwood was in amazing condition and everything worked perfectly for a 4-day weekend at Navajo Lake.
Even folks with little to no camper experience should feel confident after hooking up and renting from Ken!

We had a great experience renting this RV from Ken. He and his helper, Robin, were both very helpful, and even when we had a question midway though our trip, Ken was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, and helped us fix a problem that we had accidently created ourselves. The RV was nice and roomy and worked well for our situation.
