Worst RV experience ever. The doors kept unlocking suddenly while the RV was running. We planned this as a 6-day trip, and for the last 3 days one of the doors was locked and wouldn’t open no matter how much we tried. My father and mother literally had to climb down from the driver’s seat. It was so frustrating and unsafe.When I asked him what this issue meant, he simply said, “I don’t know, I gave it to you in working condition,” as if it wasn’t his concern. Because of this issue, my parents almost fell down.Also, while turning the RV, the racks broke on their own. On top of that, the AC was not working at all. Even the attached tent suddenly bent/damaged, and again he gave the same response saying he didn’t know. But he still charged us for that too.This was honestly a terrible and stressful experienceI suggest not to take this vehicle .
