First time doing an RV rental, and it went great! Took it to Kamp Dels in southern MN (highly recommend). The RV was perfect for our family of five; pretty well furnished and fairly straightforward to operate. Communication before and after with Thai was easy and Johnny did a helpful walkthrough at pickup, which was great for this first timer. Would rent from them again!

Worst RV experience ever. The doors kept unlocking suddenly while the RV was running. We planned this as a 6-day trip, and for the last 3 days one of the doors was locked and wouldn’t open no matter how much we tried. My father and mother literally had to climb down from the driver’s seat. It was so frustrating and unsafe.
