Wife and I had a good experience.
Met at the time agreed.
They did the hook up and went over everything and handed us the keys.
Pick up went just as smoothly as setup.
The RV was clean and presentable.
We enjoyed the layout of the unit. Lots of storage and space. Bathroom was nice a big. The AC worked very well.
We enjoyed working with them. Hope we do this again next year.

They were such a nice couple. Set up the RV for me, I felt like I was in a fancy hotel, not a camp site. I will absolutely rent from them again..

Outside water hose sprung a leak so I had to turn water off at faucet outside whenever I wasn’t using it. Fully expected the hose to be replaced since owner wasn’t too far away and trailer was stationary the whole week but that did not happen. Coffee left in trailer expired 2 years ago and didn’t notice this until after I had made it. It tasted terrible. Everything else was great.

Thank you so much Carley for letting us know about the coffee, we put in new pods but may have some old ones we didn't remove. We will remedy this for our next guests. Regarding the hose, we apologize we didn't not realize you expected it fix right away and thought you had mentioned you could manage it. We do all we can to make our RV easy to use and communication clear and easy. Especially if our guests have issues and need help like retrieving items left behind as you experienced. We will improve on the feedback and are grateful for our guests.
