Jessica and Tobias were very responsive throughout the rental process and easy to communicate with through the platform. They also offered airport pickup to the RV location as well as dropoff service after the rental, which made logistics much more convenient for our group.The RV matched the make and model shown in the listing photos. We did run into an issue during the trip, but Jessica and Tobias responded quickly and made an effort to help address the situation as soon as possible. Tobias was receptive throughout the process, and we were ultimately able to come to a resolution that both sides felt was fair. Outside of that however, everything else worked as it should, it was really convenient as they offered tank dump and gas refuel services as well.

We were very happy with the rental and the excellent service from the Graner family. They responded quickly to our questions and provided a very clean, well-cared for RV. Their videos on using the rig were helpful, and the rides to and from the airport were much appreciated. We highly recommend this company.

We had a great time with this RV. It was very well stocked with useful items - multiple pots and pans, plenty of towels, and even a selection of free items left by previous renters that we could pick up and use. The owners were very pleasant and flexible with both pick-up and drop-off times, which we really appreciated.

Tobias took the time to walk us through the RV and explained all aspects of the RV at pickup. The pickup transfer from LAS is convenient.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Tobias and Jessica provided the personal touches throughout including itinerary advice. Plus the switched out mattress in the motorhome and bedding were super comfy and surpassed our expectations. Very glad we found you!

Jessica and Tobias were incredible to work with! Picking us up from the airport and taking us back was a huge help. They instructed us very thoroughly and were excellent with communication and helpfulness. The RV was spotless and beautiful. This trip was a once in a lifetime adventure and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We would definitely rent from them again and if fact, there is no need to look elsewhere because they are the best!

I recently rented a Motorhome from them over Easter Weekend & i HIGHLY RECOMMENDED going through them if you ever need a rental! Very clean! Everything worked, No problems at all. We will be renting again this coming May!
