This didn't go well. Camper was actually fine, and they even let us reschedule once, but on pick up they accused me of having a pet in this no pet camper based on a photo of like 2 tablespoons of dust and some hairs in a dustpan. I have terrible allergies (which were going for the duration of the trip) and would never do that. They suggested we could work it out without getting outdoorsy involved and when I said no, they kept half of my $500 deposit for "precision cleaning". After working with Outdoorsy arbitration and providing evidence that I have severe pet allergies, and that I've been renting exclusively pet free campers for years the charges were reversed. I don't appreciate being called a liar or being delivered a camper just dirty enough that it's blamed on me later. I've been renting on Outdoorsy for years and never had a problem. Not sure what is up with this host but definitely can't recommend them unless you like being called a liar and having to do a pile of paperwork to get your deposit back.

We had a great experience during our stay. The trailer was very clean and they provided everything that we needed. Will rent from them again

Tori was a joy to work with and the camper is top-notch too! Very clean inside and out and looks like new. Very comfortable seating and the beds gave good nights' sleep. We had a wonderful 4-day weekend!

Tori was great to work with. Communication was always prompt and clear; delivery and pickup was on time. She and Mike made it so easy for us! Will use them again.
