I missed that this is a festival friendly RV so it is in well used condition but that was my fault. Just watch out if you are looking for a clean condition like you might get from Canadream etc.

Hi Nolan, hope that you are doing excellent. Unfortunately, I missed this review and just noticed it. thank you for leaving a review. I have to say I am shocked, to say the least. Here is the response to your claims.
- Early pickup, not sure how an early pickup would benefit me, in your initial request you asked for late drop-off but I mentioned that I have another booking after you so I will not be able to. However, as promised I tried to give you an early pick-up.
- This RV has never been approved or rented for any festival, it is in great condition.
- I have photos and videos of how the RV was returned( I also submitted to Outdoorsy Jan 26 2021. Showing the condition in which the RV was returned( dirty floors, beds, and couch + kitchen greywater and sewage full, etc..)

We had a great experience taking Masoud's RV to Banff in August of 2020. From start to finish, we felt comfortable with and confident in him as a renter, and he got back to us reasonably fast with any questions we had. The price was competitive and everything was as listed.

It's my first RV driving experience. Masoud did an excellent job scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs, explaining the vehicle, and was available for phone calls. There are some minor issues with vehicle accelerating and water heating. It could be me getting used to it. Overall, it's a very good experience. Thanks Masoud!

Satisfied overall with the booking. Masoud is very easy to interact with.
Pickup and drop off experience were as smooth it can be.

Communication with Masoud was prompt and pick up and drop off was convenient and smooth. The RV had everything we needed and was in good condition. I Would rent again next time!
