The trailer was clean and had all required equipment. Pick up and drop off was easy and there was a thorough walk through. The listing pick up and drop off time were not as listed on the app but the host was flexible. The only complaint is that the water pump did not work so we were without water for the duration of the trip which is one of the main reasons for renting an RV.

We had a great time in the RV, and the booking process was really easy. Our host was responsive and accommodating. We were fully trained on how to use every part of the RV by super friendly people at pickup. It was so nice to have the comforts of home on wheels and be small enough to have the ability to go to traditional campgrounds too. The induction surface, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster were amazing luxuries! The only extra kitchen item we brought was a kettle, which came in useful. We also brought a cooler to store cold drinks to free up fridge space, though the fridge/freezer was bigger than expected. All round fun trip!

Amy and her company were simply stellar. When we arrived, the promised RV had developed an issue with one of the vehicle's batteries, and a technician was working on it. When management determined they could not resolve the issue in a timely manner, they proactively approached us and offered to put us up in a nearby hotel, dinner and Uber rides included, which we gladly accepted.
