Phil was such a nice, energetic guy and a great host! He made a YouTube video explaining all parts of the RV that really helped me get an understanding of everything (as a 1st time RV-er). He gave a thorough walkthrough when I met him to pick it up, and was prompt to communicate throughout our trip. The Minnie was exactly what our family needed to figure out if we are all about the RV life, and after this trip it turns out we are more into it than we even knew!!

The RV is very user friendly and fun to drive. It’s a very special home away from home fully loaded for adventure. No fuss organization everything we need it’s got it! The host Phillip is the best. Teaches what you need to know to get the best out of our trips!

We rented the RV for an Eagles tailgate and had an amazing experience! Everything worked perfectly and made the day super easy and fun. The RV was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great time before and after the game. The only downside was the Birds taking the loss, but the RV setup made the whole day a win for us

Pretty much like a standard car from the early 2000s with a slightly different gearshift. Easy communication with the owner through the app and texting.

Phil was a GREAT host! My son and I took a last minute trip to the woods and Phil saved the day. His RV was ready to go with less than a days notice!!! Everything was as easy and made for an excellent adventure. Thank you again Phil

Rented this for tailgating at the Birds game—perfect setup and we had a great time! Phil was super helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we knew how to work everything. We’ll definitely be back for more, maybe even another Super Bowl run!

Me and my two teenage boys had a great time riding dirt bikes up in PA. This travel trailer was huge, and the bunks were perfect for my boys. The camper had plenty of space and made our trip super comfortable. Phil was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful with getting us hitched up and on the road. Would definitely rent from Phil again!

This was the first time we ever did something like this and had our 2 kids under 6 with us. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. First, Philip was super attentive. He provided us with a thorough walkthrough on how to use the RV before we got it. Then he was communicating with us the entire trip and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Now about the RV itself. It comes fully stocked with everything you need. Even blankets and towels. We prepped full meals in the kitchen, bathed the little ones. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Breaks were great, super easy to drive. Overall it was a joy and we will definitely recommend this RV to our family and friends.

I rented this RV to transport my father-in-law, and it worked out perfectly. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and everything functioned exactly as it should. There were no issues at all. Phil was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommended – I would absolutely rent from him again!

Wasn’t going to review. I wouldn’t want another family to go through what we went through .This RV is not newly renovated. We received the RV extremely dirty. It took us 3 hours to clean. Top bunk slats are broken. Top bunk window curtains are dry and brittle, very dusty. There isn’t a ladder. Outlets blew out while plugged into RV park and breakers were fine. The sofa is very uncomfortable and dirty. The generator only works after you’ve been driving for 4+ hours. We sat in 92 degrees. Host offers a jump cable that does not work. Host offers a video on how to jump start the generator but not on the actual Mini. Bedroom shade is broken. Slept with a shade on the mattress. TV is too low near the mattress so you will kick it. Emergency exit is blocked by a shade that’s attached to the window. There is no view from any of the large windows due to attached shades. The septic smells. Leak under bathroom sink. We put in 4 quarts of oil. Shower is very tiny, peeling wall paper, shower head droops. Very annoying. Broken bathroom handle. Broken toilet paper holder. Driver does not have a head rest or substantial cup holder. Extremely Hot front seats even with AC on. Gas guzzler. Temperamental gas cap. Host offers old dusty padding for pull out sofa. House battery reads full but generator will not turn on.

Noreen, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I did my best to help during your trip, and I’d like to clarify a few things for future renters: The RV was fully renovated 4 months prior—photos reflect this. It's professionally cleaned after each use. The slats weren’t broken; they’re removable by design. You tripped the outlet using a blow dryer—an easy GFCI reset. The generator worked fine upon return. The window shade was intact when you left, but broken when returned. No leak was found under the sink. Many complaints were about manufacturer design, not rental condition. I still gave a refund because I felt bad about your experience. I work hard to support every renter—please read other honest reviews.
