We loved the trailer! It was comfortable, clean, had the perfect amenities for our 4 night stay! Will definitely rent again for our next trip.

We are a family of five and needed a travel trailer to go camping with several other families. Although I have pulled many trailers, I had never pulled a travel trailer. Justin patiently made the experience very smooth, first explaining some things I needed to have and do to make the experience a safe and enjoyable one. It was my goal to make sure his experience with me was good too. When both parties consider how they can offer a good experience to the other, it just seems to work out well...and it did. Here are the things Justin did to make this rental just awesome:* He provided a laminated step-by-step checklist and walked me through all the equipment, its location and how to use it.
* He communicated very well and answered my questions all the way up to the date of rental
* He politely mentioned some reservations he had to which I was still given opportunity to address them within the week up to rental (i.e., lack of electronic brake controller equipment, experience with a travel trailer, issue with securing insurance, etc)
* The rear stabilizer jacks were slightly damaged and needed to be replaced. He didn't appear to get bent out of shape about it. In all my efforts to return it the way I had gotten it, this was the only thing that got damaged which was very minimal. He was very cool about that. Thanks, Justin.
* His listing is very thorough and accurate. It leaves very little questions to ask so what you see is everything he tried to cover in the listing from pictures to descriptions.
* Justin returned the deposit faster than expected and even included the explanation for the very nominal damage that was being subtracted.

This rental was one of the most flawless rentals we have ever done. Owner was super accommodating and everything worked fabulous inside the trailer.

The RV worked out great, it was nice within it only being a few months old. Justin was easy to communicate with and overall we would rent again.

Owners went the extra mile to ensure the drop off/pick up was smooth. We stayed at Lake Lewisville & paid the extra to have them set up & pick up. Owner called the camp to ask for early set up. Beautiful RV, for our family of 4 perfectly and great communication.
