James is an excellent communicator and quick to reply to all questions. He also has a manual that was useful to us since we were first time van campers (historically tent only). There’s a lot to absorb so give yourself time to learn it. We rented the van for two weeks. It was easy to drive and comfy seats. Everything worked! There are a few minor quirks to be expected with an older model like the silverware drawer not pulling out easily and the outside locks sometimes being a little janky. However we were impressed with the cleanliness and that we basically had all our needs met. We would rent again from James without hesitation.

We had absolutely everything we could have needed. Communication was prompt, even throughout the trip! Felt like home for the week and we will miss it!

James' van had everything we needed! We really appreciated the comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen setup. It was perfect for our 10 day coastal trip - we had a lot of flexibility with the onboard generator + solar power + ample storage tanks to roll up to state park sites and snag a tent spot easily. Also there's definitely a Roadtrek community and we got lots of waves and questions about the model! Everything worked well and we were super comfy. Will definitely rent again when we make it back to Oregon! Thanks James!
