The trailer was a nice trailer however I feel that there was miscommunication about certain items such as use of toilet bathroom and the septic fee, which was initially referred to as an add-on, but in fact was mandatory. We are not allowed to use toilet paper yet. We were not provided with any bags for the garbage that he wanted us to use. Despite the fact that we had a hook up. He still charged me for emptying the septic tank, there was poor communication as well about propane and prep fees. This ended up costing me way more than I thought it would and I’m unhappy about that.. also our listing shows we booked the trailer from 4 o’clock to 4 o’clock yet he insisted to come pick it up at noon. The beds mattresses were also extremely uncomfortable. The bunkbeds were only really suitable for small children so I felt that should’ve been communicate.
