I had a very disappointing experience with this Outdoorsy host and would not recommend renting from them. When we picked up the RV, the host was already aware of issues with the carbon monoxide detector. Instead of fixing it, we were told that if it started going off, we should just unscrew it and disconnect the wires ourselves, which is both unsafe and unacceptable.

The RV was very comfortable, well stocked and in great condition! Terri was extremely helpful and a great communicator. We had the best time and look forward to renting with Terri again!

Terri’s RV was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. She was very communicative, including a full binder of instructions for anything that may come up. She responded to messages right away. The RV was super comfy and everything worked well. We’d rent from Terri again for our next trip’!

Terri was absolutely amazing! After my original trip was suddenly canceled by another Outdoorsy host at the last minute, Terri stepped in and completely saved the day. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
