Kristie was so sweet. Very accommodating and made sure we were all set up and delivered the trailer to our location in Sargent. Trailer was very nice. Will definitely rent again in the future.

This was our first time ever renting a trailer. We loved it! It was delivered as needed with everything set up. We arrived and walked into a very clean trailer. We plan to do this again on our next visit! Excellent customer service too!!

Trailer with a portable air condition in this weather 100 plus didn’t enjoy at all will never rent from them again didnt won’t to give me a discount because of air not working charged me the total of the rental never again

We're sorry your weekend didn't go as you had hoped.We did everything we could to try to make the camper comfortable for your family in this 110 degree Texas heat. As we explained when we delivered the brand new camper, setting it up in the direct sun was going to be problematic for a rooftop A/C. At best, an RV air conditioner can cool ambient air about 25 degrees. Had you let us set up the camper under the shade of the trees, your weekend may have been a little nicer.We also kindly drove all the way back to your sunny campsite the next day, at no service charge to you, to hook up a second, portable unit, after you had expressed your discomfort with the RV's air conditioning capacity limitations. Upon our arrival, after your claims that the original A/C was not working, I was able to turn it on with no problem. We set up the additional unit anyway, even though you slammed your fists on a table while yelling at my son, loaded up our generator you over-cranked and damaged, and left you with two working A/Cs. If you were unable to power them the remainder of your trip, that was due to the limitations of YOUR generator. I had both working and blowing cold air when we left.

The host is making false accusations that we damaged her camper and trying to claim $5,000 + a $1,500 security deposit. We did not cause any damage to it at all. Her steps were already dented and rusted and her back awning, that was recently installed improperly, simply fell off. We left the camper cleaner than we found it and did not damage anything. The refrigerator did not work, the coffee maker did not work, 1/2 the electric outlets did not work. Cheap carpet was stapled down the day before, as well as maybe spray paint sprayed into the freezer. Fans did not work.

If you are that sure you didn't damage anything, why didn't you stay for the pick up? Why did you ignore all of my phone calls? And why did you call the resort to double check that your damage wasn't on their video surveillance?

My kids wanted to camp on the beach so I looked around and found gRayv. They were extremely easy to reserve, the owner went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. She even was able to accommodate me changing the initial reservation date at the last minute . The camper looked brand new and everything was as described. We left there with full intentions of renting again in the near future.
