RV was not functioning as advertised when we arrived at our destination. Customer Service useless. Dispute Resolution department takes a week to respond. Can't speak with anyone in customer service that has any authority. All they do is apologize. Provided written documentation regarding communication with owner to customer service. This has been a terrible experience.

Eddie was amazing. He was very thorough in showing all the ins and out of the trailer and was very communicative with any concerns.

Eddie and his wife were great and they were very accommodating with pick up and drop off. The trailer was super comfortable and easily 3 adults and gear. Beds were great, very nice to sleep in and the trailer stayed warm at night even in 10 degree weather. Trailer was easy to tow with a 1/2 ton truck and everything worked great. Only thing I would suggest is to put a few more photos of the inside of the camper on the listing. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice.

Eddie and his wife were amazing! My wife and I would definitely deal with them again next time we roadtrip around Colorado, which will be sooner than later.

Pick up was made easy all questions answered in a timely manner and the rig was really great, clean and everything the description said it was. Eddie was helpful and knowledgeable about everything and really flexible with drop off. I would rent from him again it was a great experience.

Eddy and his wife’s camper was perfect for our family. It pulled nice, was well equipped and the beds were comfy. They were very easy to work with, and we’d definately recommend them to our friends.

Eddie and his wife Becky, were absolutely amazing! From start to finish. Camper was great! Trip was great! They went above and beyond, for us. The main trouble we had, was the actual Outdoorsy site itself. Not the easiest to negotiate for the tech. challenged, but Eddie was EXTEMELY patient and we managed to have our dream vacation, and it was even better than we dreamed. Thank you, Eddie and Becky!

We had such an incredible time. Eddie and becky’s trailer was absolutely amazing, clean, and well maintained. They always responded right away and made sure we were taken care of. They were extremely professional and flexible around our needs. We couldn’t recommend a better couple and trailer to rent from!

This was such a great vacantion thanks to the ease of the booking of this trailer. It was everything it’s says and more. Eddie is so accommodating and checked on us as well. Highly recommend this rental!
