The gentlemen (Bill) I rented the RV from was great. I had to call him a couple of times for help, and he answered on the first ring. Bill was a professional through and through and his RV was spotless. Additional, the master bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you so much for a grand experience.
I would recommend Bill and outdoorsy to an one in need of a rental and would recommend Bill to anyone in the Albany NY area.

Bill is an awesome host and this is a top quality camper!
