Ranferi is very easy to deal with and very helpful and accommodating. I've rented his trailer 3 years in a row for our annual trip. The upgraded mattress was plush, we camped in the desert at 96° not a problem the ac worked flawless.

Very responsive host, would have appreciated a bit more information regarding pick up and drop off since this was our first time using the app. RV was in good condition and clean.
