Great price , great RV , pretty friendly service from Crystal just disappointed that they provided the RV without the gas tank full then when I returned it ,maybe $5 short they hit me with a $35 standard charge. And the black tank hadn't been emptied when we got it so I had to pay to dump that. Why be petty when you are not doing what you say you will ? Loved the fact you don't need to clean the RV on return. Loved the free shuttle ride to the airport.
So demand that all tanks are as they are meant to be ,before accepting it and if it takes them an hour demand a discount as they will charge you for an hour late.
I would use again .

Picking up the RV was the start of this nightmare experience. The location you pick up the RV is very sketchy to begin with and there was some miscommunication with the person messaging me through outdoorsy and the people at pickup because I was told I could get the RV at 9 but when we went they said the earliest we could take it is 130pm. During these discussions the woman at the desk straight up told us I must not be able to read and was otherwise very insulting. The RV doesn’t seem like it’s only 11 years old. This thing looks like it’s from the 80s at best and was very rickety during our drive- many of the cupboards do not fully close and were constantly banging open during the drive. Once we arrived at the campsite and tried to open the awning (listed on the amenities) we realized it was zip tied closed. We called the rental company who were shocked we would want to use an awning while camping IN THE RAIN. They then lied and tried to say they told us the awning had been disabled and said “this is Alaska, no one uses awnings”… I’m from Alaska, have camped many times and it is a rainy place in the summer and an awning is absolutely necessary! Next we tried to use the TV only to find out that had also been disabled despite it also being listed on the amenities. The second night it rained the whole night and the back bedroom window has a huge leak which soaked all of the belongings in two of our bags, soaked the end of the bed/mattress and forced us to use every single one of the towels the RV came with to control water going all over the inside of the RV. The drop off time is 1030 which forced us to rent the RV for a second night so we wouldn’t have to wake up at 4am to drive back and drop it off. Overall, instead of renting an RV making our Alaska camping trip easier which was my goal, it gave us headache on top of headache while being insulted and then the RV rental company just stopped responding and we were on our own. Please do not rent through these people- learn from our experience and rent through someone else.
