Gladys cancelled our reservation the night before we were planning on leaving (10pm) for our trip. This not only cost my wife and I the experience that we were in hopes to have for our anniversary but also a significant amount of money that could not be re-funded because of the accommodations that we had spent time and effort into booking. With no time to re-book to another camper this was a total loss for our travel trailer adventure. After the cancellation we had no correspondence or acknowledgement from our host on the fact that we were hung out to dry. If you are looking to rent a trailer for your trip I suggest that you pick another option as this one will leave you at home without any adventures to be had.

We are truly so sorry to have ruined your weekend. The night before pick up, when doing our safety checks, we realized that the break controller was not communicating with the camper. This is obviously a big safety concern. My husband went to buy a new break controller after work but unfortunately after he worked on it all night we realized it was something he wouldn't be able to fix and we were forced to cancel the reservation.
I contacted Outdoorsy that night and was reassured they were doing everything in their power to find you a new camper. I followed up with Outdoorsy that following morning and again- they reassured me they had people looking to find you a new camper. We are so sorry it didn't work out but we couldn't send the camper out with that big safety issue.
This has never happened to us and we felt terrible on our end. We are ensuring this never happens again in the future.

A perfect rental for our family of 2 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 dogs! They were very flexible and answered all questions we had prior to our trip. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and well equipped with essentials for camping. Great space for a smaller RV that our 4Runner could tow. Thanks for a great trip!

Great little RV for our Lake Wellington trip! For being so small, this camper had an amazing amount of storage space and was perfectly organized to fit our family of 5. The decor & games also made it the favorite hangout spot for all of the kids in our friend group.

Our family (2 adults and a toddler) had a great week-long trip in this RV! Gladys was super responsive and helpful leading up to our trip, during pick up, offering recommendations for places we were staying, and during drop off. The experience could not have been smoother. We were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped the RV came (sheets, towels, board games, kitchen supplies, etc.). We spent time both without hookups and with hookups and this RV was perfect for our family in both settings.

Our family had a great trip with this camper. My mid-sized truck was able to tow it and it was enough space for me, my wife, 9 month old, and dog. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had.
