Sarah was always responsive to my messages. However, from a half day into the trip, things began to go wrong. I am willing to admit that the continuation of this could have been due to misunderstandings and miscommunication. However there was no acknowledgement of miscommunication or misunderstandings on the part of the owner-it was always attributed to me. In order to help with the issues a generator was supplied free of charge. After the first few runs of this I decided not to use it any longer preferring the silence of bush camping, and because I had been told the issue with the fridge (an important issue to me) was a separate issue which couldn't be addressed until after my rental was completed. This later proved to not be the case. Providing information to potential customers on the basis that they are a complete novice would be extremely helpful and, I believe, would avoid misunderstandings.

Trailer was perfect for our little crew. Owners went above and beyond to work with our delivery schedule. Which was greatly appreciated! Very neat and tidy upon arrival. Love the decor. Will definitely be renting again next summer. Thanks guys for helping us have a memorable summer vacay!!!!
