Overall, it is a nice trailer. It was comfortable and spacious. This was only my second time renting a trailer so for a veteran camper, some of the items I'm noting below could have been easily rectified if I had the experience. But not having the experience, I relied on the owner to have the knowledge and experience to make sure everything is safe, functioning and correct. Safety and cleanliness should be of greater concern for the owner. He provided no pin to keep the trailer on the ball, the emergency break line was not able to be connected to the hitch and the driver side lights did not work. Light bulbs blow but the other two items are a major safety concern. When I got to my destination and realized there was no pin, I mentioned it to the owner, who replied had "I haven't heard that before".

Working with Eric was fantastic. The RV met all the needs of my family and he easily and quickly answered all of my questions.

The RV was perfect for our family of 4. Eric was a great communicator and very supportive during our first RV experience. He provided so many amenities to help make our trip effortless and fun. He set everything up for us so that we could move right in. Who knew camping could be so easy? Thank you so much Eric!
