"Rent our gorgeous 2001 Fleetwood Jamboree motorhome for your next family getaway! It is amazingly easy to drive. We add a lot of personal touches including a gift basket!"
This is the experience we were hoping for .....only to be disappointed. The RV runs well, but it definitely needs TLC and repairs. Emma and her husband were very nice and accommodating, however with that said these are our findings:
1) RV was not clean-shower stall with hair and dirty washcloths from previous renter and shower very slow to drain (standing in ankle high water). RV did not look like the exterior had been cleaned in a long time.
2) TV leaning to one side and we used a Kleenex box to stabilize it.
3) Once hooked up to the city water line... water was leaking up through the flooring by the kitchen and bathroom. We disconnected the water line and did not take any showers in the RV upon finding this out and instead used the showers at the RV park. We also notified Emma and her husband.
4) Back jacks do not work at all and therefore it is more challenging to get RV properly leveled.
5) Re: accuracy of listing-No gift basket, RV is not "gorgeous"-although it could be if given proper care, No awning.
6) Emma agreed to refund us $100 by check by US mail due to the concerns we expressed above. We have not received check and Emma is no longer responding. (On June 22nd, Emma agreed to send us a check the next day. Today is July 9th and we have not received the check.)

Emily was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It is an older RV so it had some quirks but nothing crazy and Emily and her husband helped us manage which made for a great trip. We'll look to rent this RV again.

Emily and Chris were great. We took their RV up and arrived undo the Olympic Peninsula. The RV was great, was very spacious and worked perfectly. I have already recommended it to a friend. Thanks for the great week.
