I can tell why a top host rating. Camper was immaculate. I usually have to clean places when I get in and didn’t at all here. Very nicely loaded for use for everything you need for a camp weekend. Totally responsive to all communication and made things super convenient. I had the delivery and pick up so didn’t drive it anywhere and had the tanks emptied so all of it was just move in and no special trailer use knowledge necessary. They made sure everything was turned on and explained how to use everything. Pretty much like a hotel room with a kitchenette which was what I was looking for. Coffee pot and air conditioning with a toilet and a way to rinse off before bed. Wonderful experience. Pictures didn’t really show how cute it was.

The camper I booked came back from a customer filthy, so they got me a bigger one at no additional charge. Any issues that came up (stuff happens) were quickly addressed. Very friendly and helpful.

From start to finish this was beyond excellent. Everything was set up for us when it was delivered and the camper, and everything in it, was so clean. It was a delightful camping trip and Beth and Jim are truly excellent hosts. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this camper! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable camping trip. The host was friendly, prompt, and the delivery and pick-up were communicated well, making it so easy!

Everything was great! We had everything we needed (and forgot) in the camper and our hosts were prompt and easy to communicate with.

The owners of the Sunrise Side RV rental company are wonderful, helpful people. The camper was very nice ! It had everything I needed and more. I would definitely recommend renting from Sunrise Side RV rental.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were met at the state park and setup was a breeze. Everything was well coordinated. The travel trailer was in excellent condition and worked out great for our little vacation.
