I hadn’t paid attention from the pictures, but it drives from the right side. It was actually funny at first and fairly quick to get accustomed to. It was a good vehicle to travel in and good on gas. It was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to two people travelling together.

Had a great weekend exploring Banff with Ilya's van. Communication pre-trip was easy and everything was ready for me upon arrival. The van was comfortable to drive and it being a hybrid really helped with the cost of gas! Just a note that the steering wheel is on the right side, but it just takes a bit to get used to. The only issue I experienced was that the dishes in the kitchen set up were dirty and the kit was missing dish soap. I borrowed some from another camper to get by. Otherwise the van had everything I needed to fly in for the weekend and camp comfortably. I'd rent from Ilya again when I'm in Calgary.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this camper van and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The van was perfect for our trip — comfortable, reliable and had everything we needed to explore and enjoy our time on the road.

Very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The vehicle was clean inside. The cooler provided is poor quality and did not have a drain which made it difficult to keep food out of the melting ice. The vehicle maintenance was concerning as the tires were worn to the wear bar, there was a shaking in the steering wheel and pulsating in the brake pedal when braking. Vehicle would actually slow down when going down hill, definitely an issue with the brakes. Front brake pads had barely any pad left. Windshield wipers also needed to be replaced and the check engine light was on. Two tiny pillows were provided which were dirty and didn’t have pillow cases, we bought our own. The frying pan provided had coating that was flaking terribly, we bought our own as well. Overall we made it all work and it wasn’t a bad price for what it was.

It was perfect for what we needed. The host was amazing! Marina checked in with us during our trip, gave us recommendations, and was kind enough to give us a lift back to our hotel after we dropped the van home. Can’t recommend enough!
