We were so looking forward to our vacation and the spot we rented would fit only a small camper, so I'm glad the host did not cancel the rental. However, upon closer inspection, they should have cancelled (or we should have). The front stabilizer jacks were inoperable, so my husband (after clearing with the host) fixed them, as well as the door (missing screws). While under the camper fixing the jacks, he noticed most of the bolts holding the camper to the frame were loose or missing. Can you imagine what could have happened if the camper had come off the frame in transit? Additionally, the A/C froze up, and the water heater was leaking. My husband spent 3 hours fixing the camper before we left (with approval from the host). They verbally agreed to reimburse us for parts, but when we presented a bill for labor, they would not hear of it. It wasn't about the money for us- we simply wanted them to acknowledge that we should not have paid full price for the rental and at least offer a "thank you" and "can we do something to make it right". Ultimately, these hosts have no business owning a camper, much less renting it out!

I was alone in this small camper. It was perfect for my needs. Everything was very clean. The things I needed were provided. The camper was delivered before I arrived and was set up. The host was very accommodating and communicated with me. I had a very pleasant stay.

Madison was great in getting us setup and ready to use the camper. Showed us everything we needed to know about its operation and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was great as well as she answered the many questions I had. We had a great time, Thanks!

We had a great experience on our first camper renter with the Cozy Canyon Camper. Everything was great with the camper, it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners they responded very quickly to our questions. We definitely recommend and will rent again.
