This is an older RV, and while it has character, we did experience a mechanical issue during the trip that required extra attention, including a loss of power on the freeway. We also noticed a propane odor and a few discrepancies with listed features that required some adjustment on our end.

The RV we rented was not as pictured! The one in the photo looked decent but what we got was a vehicle that was being held together with duct tape! When we were driving it, parts of it starting coming off the vehicle. We had to pull over several times. What was once the awning was now just pieces of junk falling off. On our drive back home, the whole vehicle shook violently if we went over 60. It's called a death wobble and was very scary. Our experience was not very good and I will not be using this site again.

This customer's claims are outrageous. He discovered some issues that day and, as he stated, should have returned the vehicle or contacted me and OUTDOORSY that same day. He didn't, and didn't mention these issues until after he had completed his entire trip. They used my RV for their trip. It was fully loaded, so he should have driven carefully and stayed under 55 mph on the highway. He even drove on extreme roads, knocking off my generator exhaust pipe. In this manner and under these circumstances, he even caused the tape on the mounting bracket of my unused awning to come off due to the jostle. It's a useless part, but he claimed it was a problem with my RV. I told him it was a problem with the mounting bracket and asked him to be careful about his speed and road choices and secure it with tape. He's evading his responsibility.

Great experience overall. The generator did not work as expected and there was no awning but otherwise the RV served its purpose and was very comfortable.

The Rv worked perfectly for our camping trip , it was very easy to drive , a lot of storage in the compartment under the bed , pick up and drop off was very easy . We would rent this Rv again .
