Our experience with Austin was great! He was very communicative and his walk through of the trailer during pickup tonight is things that we will use the rest of our RVing days!
The trailer was just as advertised and pulled easily behind my F150 for just over 1,500 miles! I recommend going through Austin and his trailers!

Austin made renting our first RV super easy. Was very attentive and made each step of the way simple. Taught us everything we needed to know to have a fun weekend and use the RV. Also was impressed with the amount of safety he’s put into the rental (anti-sway bars, rear view camera, and trailer brakes. Loved that it was pet friendly. Will definitely rent again!

Loved the camper and the experience as a whole. Very professional, excellent explanation of the camper. We towed it with a GMC Sierra 1500 and it was super smooth. The water tank lasted us 3 days with two adults and two kids. If you park in the sun the batteries never dropped below half charged. Overall great experience and we’ll rent this same camper again soon.

While the RV broke a leaf spring, Outdoorsey was slow and not well communicating a repair or pickup of the RV. However, Austin Lord the RV’s owner took the situation in his own hands. He made the calls to a dealer in Montrose and had us drop it off. Austin communicated with us at a times, checked our well being and was absolutely fantastic.

The camper was great and Austin did everything to prepare us for our trip. He was very thorough and made sure everything was correct for the tow setup. Camper was clean and well stocked with cleaning products and kitchenware. We had a minor issue with one of the generators, but Austin was very responsive and helped us through it. Austin is a good owner who aims to please and would recommend to anyone wanting to rent.

This camper was perfect for our family of 4. This was our first time using a camper; we’ve only tent camped previously so this was very glamorous compared to our normal. The camper was in perfect condition and extremely clean. It was simple to hook up and dump our waste water between locations. Austin was so helpful setting up our vehicle, his attention to detail was meticulous. We would absolutely rent this camper again.

Austin was amazing! He set the whole thing up which would have taken me hours to do ourselves. Gave us the rundown of the rig and hooked it all up too. Very personable guy, very clean rig, and a good overall experience. Thank you Austin, go Avs!

Austin was great. I was a complete novice to large trailer towing. He showed me how to set up the weight distribution hitch, how to level the trailer, how to get the protected electricity in place. It all worked, and my daugher, grand-daughters, and I had a great time on our trip.

This Coleman camper was a perfect size for myself, wife and 13-month old son. Austin, the owner, has set this rental up perfectly. Nearly everything we needed to have a great experience was included and helped save on packing kitchen ware, toiletries, and so on. The all inclusive package is a time saver when the trip is over and worked out great. All the camper amenities and additional equipment (generators, tow set up) are in great condition and Austin does a wonderful job of walking through each item for how to properly use it and makes sure the tow set up is customized to your tow vehicle. We would definitely look at renting this camper again.
