Overall a great rental experience. Next time I'd probably start the rental the day before we arrive, as the owner was slowed by the ferry and we couldn't actually get into the RV until nearly 6pm, which meant we couldn't cook the meal we'd planned for that night. No biggie, we just went out. Good communication, the unit was fairly clean (fridge could stand to have the shelves completely removed and run through a dishwasher), comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels. I'd rent from this operator again.
