Let me start by saying that owner was offered the opportunity to make things right with us and not have a terrible review for her business and she chose not to. We got the camper set up, we could not get the pop out to come out and in this camper you can barely move around in it when the pop out is in. We spent the next three hours trying to reset the rolling motors to get it to come out. We contacted the owner, then talked with her husband who offered to drive to our location and take a look. I said that he could come out or just agree to refund out rental and he chose to refund out rental. My daughters attempted to sleep in the rental that night but the AC was not working. We did contact the owner about this, too. She said ok, I can't refund anything until the camper is returned. Two days after returning the camper, I inquired about the refund and was told that the bathroom was dirty and there would be no refund and I should be glad they weren't taking my deposit. Everything was exactly as expected. Owner even asked questions about what I needed before I knew what I needed. Communication was excellent and super helpful. Will rent from them again for sure!
