We had a wonderful trip to Moab in this RV. The trailer was nice and comfortable and fit our family of five well. The hosts were kind and informative.Despite the fun trip, there were more than a few aspects of the trailer that did not work properly. The refrigerator door handle was broken making it very challenging to access the inside. There was no blind cover on the largest window in the trailer, we had to put cushions from the dining set against the window for privacy. The shower curtain was broken. The electric outlets didn't work. The support rail for entrance/exit of the trailer was broken. The surge protector was also broken and the owners asked as we were leaving to purchase a new one and they would reimburse us. We went to multiple stores in Moab but never ended up being able to locate the correct item. This can be a challenging ask when were somewhat noobs at trailering, have multiple kids in tow, a schedule to keep, and a 33 ft trailer in tow. There was also a large piece of ceiling molding that came off while we were towing on the free-way and had to pay $200 to fix it (not quite sure how something like this happens towing on the road). It's too high for anyone to touch or mess with it., the molding just simply fell off from very minimal stress. The hosts were kind and accommodating, but there just needs to be some fixing up of the trailer.
