We had a great time. Scott was a great host and easy to get ahold of if we needed. Using Outdoorsy was easy. With needing to change my place to camp because of a fire a few days before our trip Scott was very open and flexible. So thanks for allowing us to make memories with my grandchildren. Outdoorsy did not really explain how to use the indoor insurance that is my only complaint. As my grandson who has Down's syndrome pushed out the bottom part of a screen. I bought the extra insurance for that reason but no one has been clear on how to make a claim. Although the price for repair was reasonable I feel sometimes there is some duplication of charges. I thought I paid ahead a time for a dumping fee and it was added a second time also so look at your charges carefully. Check out all the insurance closely too. Overall our trip was really fantastic and I loved having the convenience of the trailer with hot water and a close bathroom!

Scott and Jeff were great to work with. I had concerns from previous rental experiences and they addressed all my concerns. They were fantastic to work with and the trailer made our camping experience wonderful!
