We had an amazing trip with the van of Frank. We were 2 childrens (7 and 9) and 2 adults. We drove to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Frank helped us to have all the materials needed to sleep and cook. If you can bring yours it's better. Our luggages couldn't contain anything for camp. Frank still answer to all my question and find solutions. Thanks!

This is the 3rd Solis I have rented. This was by far the most cumbersome process. We have never been required to empty and refill tanks on a rental. In this instance, we were likely the only people to empty the cassette for several trips, not just ours, which was very unpleasant. If this is required, then the owner needs to ensure it is empty before the van goes out. There are a few details that would make a big difference in making a trip more comfortable. The included dish set is not complete- the cups are plastic and there are paper plates. There was not 4 forks included. While a TV/DVD player is advertised, there wasn’t one (we didn’t care, but worth knowing for future renters). Frank and his staff were kind and mostly responsive, but for what I paid for this rental, the van should have been better equipped. Small things like a mattress topper, labeling the window covers, giving cheat sheets on common tasks (heater, LP), and refilling the water would go a long way.
