It was my family's first time RV experience and Ji was always there to answer my question. RV was equipped with all the outdoor camping gears so I didn't have to take anything. I would rent from Ji again.

Ji was fantastic! We were first time RVers and it is a big rig so we had some difficulty but Ji was very available, helpful and understanding. He made our trip much more relaxing! The rig fit our family of 6 perfectly and we all had a great time!!

I can't say enough about Ji as an owner. He was available all the time and very helpful to me as a first time RV user and driver. I was pretty worried about driving a vehicle this big but it was a piece of cake and we had no issues even on side streets. It was just my wife and I and two young kids, so plenty big and we enjoyed have so much space to spread out. The kids loved the three TVs. Highly recommend!

Ji is a great communicator! RV is exactly as described. Great experience. Will definitely rent it again! Super easy all around.

Ji was very nice and flexible which really helped our trip. Ji knows his RV inside out and was very professional when educating us about its features.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. On top of that, Ji and John were amazing to deal with and very accommodating to my family's requests and travel schedule. This was my first experience on Outdoorsy and I can't imagine how Ji/John could have made the experience any better. Truly A++ and I wish I'll have the opportunity to rent again from them!

We had a fantastic trip with this awesome RV.
Ji and his partner were extremely helpfull with all our questions.
The RV was very clean, fully loaded, ready to go and everything worked perfectly.

Very very perfect journey. Ji is very, very good. I have to fall in love with him. He is a very, very, very nice person, too perfect, too perfect, must rent his car.

We had an awesome experience with Ji! The RV was amazing and the entire process was PERFECT! It was our first time renting and we knew we wanted something beautiful and couldn't wait to see it in person. Ji's service and the RV overall exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan to rent this RV again and again :) Thanks Ji for your excellent response time and a thorough & quick overview of the RV. The entire family had a blast! Highly recommended!!

Excellent experience with this RV, Ji included a lot of extras like bedding, cooking utensils, outdoor chairs and cooking equipment. RV was in perfect condition and was a very comfortable ridefor me, my wife and my retired parents. Ji was great to deal with, would rent again and highly recommend!

Ji was amazing to work with. We had a very last minute rental and he managed to accommodate us. He was incredibly responsive with all our questions and inquiries. The RV was fully equipped with just about every camping amenity you could possibly need. Highly recommend!!
