Vitaliy was incredibly flexible with my schedule for pickup and delivery, which was so appreciated given time to travel to campsite and check-in/check-out times. He went above and beyond to communicate make sure all features of the trailer were working. Also appreciated him having the proper hitch and power cables to hook up to my truck generator. Our family of 4 had a blast and the trailer was the perfect size for us and the pups. Kids loved the bunks!

Great trip. Had some problems with the refrigerator. All-electric fridge is better suited to camping with hook ups than boondocking. All in all a very good RV and a very good trip.

Our first time renting an RV and we were a bit nervous but it worked out GREAT - Vitaliy was very helpful and that was great with communication. RV was pristine and we enjoyed the comforts it provided!

Vitaliy was extremely helpful. This was our first experience with a camper and he was willing to help with all questions we had in a very timely manner. The camper was well equipped with everything we needed and he was very flexible in pick up and return times.
