The RV was clean. Be very careful renting from Vince, make sure that he demonstrates how to use all the features of the vehicle and inspect it carefully before you leave. He charged us to repair the awning that was broken before we picked up the RV. Outdoors took part of my security deposit without contacting me to see if his story was accurate. After arbitration, Vince agreed to pay me back and then he changed his mind.

Had a fantastic overall experience with Vince! We felt as if we new Belinda, Vince’s wife, and Vince our entire lives. Warm, caring people! Our experience with them and the RV was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
