Don't even think about it...book this RV...it is excellent. To escape the 2020 pandemic, My wife and I, along with another couple, went on a 3,500 mile, 2.5 week journey thru the Carolinas in July. We pulled the trailer just under 1,500 miles in that time.We live in Houston and picked up this RV from Chaz along the way in Columbus. I am an experienced driver having pulled 40' trailers before but this was my first experience staying in an RV and I was not sure how difficult or easy it would be to set-up and take down this high-end trailer.Chaz was great! I had his personal cell number after we were fully booked and everytime I called he answered the phone. No phone tag or days between returned calls. We had several calls before pickup day but during our trip we only had to phone him once for help (which he was able to provide in a matter of seconds). We met him early on our pick-up morning and he went thru the whole set-up and take down process in about 2 hours (we had LOTS of questions). He was super detailed and it was a very thorough education. He also sent us a few youtube videos to watch to make handling the 'stinky-slinky' a bit easier. Chaz told us to plan on around 60-90 minutes for set-up and take down. Campsite #1 took us about an hour for set-up and take-down but after that we got the time down to around 30-40 minutes for 2 people. It's really pretty easy! This was a first time to rent an RV and it was a fantastic experience. I hope our next experience is as good as the first.
