The beginning and duration of this trip was wonderful, it was not until the return of the trailer that the issues ensued. This owner falsely accused us and charged us $100.00 for NOT dumping the black/grey water. My husband is a CDL driver and we use trailer's and Rv's all the time, so we are very well versed in how to take care of black/grey water. We dumped the trailer at Old Orchard RV Park in Oscoda Mi. (receipt to be uploaded) on our way to drop the trailer off. My husband even drops the black water first so the grey water can wash out the hoses. We also cleaned the inside of the entire trailer immaculately, because the owner said he was taking it camping on the day we returned it, and we wanted to ensure it was easy for him to grab it and go, so my husband helped him switch hitches and hook the trailer back to his truck. We are more than disappointed that they are clearly trying to fraudulently take more money from us. Furthermore, I was not going to even mention this, but given the new circumstances, I would also like to rate the $100.00 fee they charged for bedding/towels. 2 towels were included for this $100.00 and both literally looked like a garage rag. I had to borrow towels from family, as I wouldn't even dry my dog with what was provided. The master bed blanket also looked like it came from a crime scene. The profile for this trailer also says unlimited generator use (see picture) and when we picked the trailer up, there was no generator even available. Again, until we were deceitfully charged for the dump we definitely did, we were not going to bring up these other "small" issues. I have filed a dispute with Outdoorsy over this, and would like to warn others about this scam.
