The host couldn't have been any nicer! He responded quickly when texted and meet every request. The RV was very clean, comfortable for two people and a dog. I definitely will book again with this host!

Trailer was very comfortable and well appointed. Jennings and Candice communicated well and ensures that we were comfortable with all aspects of the trailer. It was super nice to arrive to a setup trailer after a long day of travel. The AC was on a very comfortable temp and the refrigerator was already cool. Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our camping trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, thanks to Cox family! Everything from the communication to the clean & well stocked camper was much appreciated. We will definitely be return customers after our stay!

The camper was exactly as expected- the Cox family were great communicators, easy to work with. They set up everything and showed us around the camper. We enjoyed our time and the camper provided everything we needed!

From check-in to check-out our experience was a breeze. Our RV was as described and had everything we needed to make our glamping trip an easy one. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to book with Candice and her Husband again.

The RV was clean and had everything you need! Loved the layout and the sofa is really comfortable! AC was nice and cold and all appliances worked as they should!

Spacious clean RV. Candice was helpful and kind. We had a great time even though it rained. It was nice to have somewhere dry!
